Privacy Policy

What we collect, what happens to the clips you send us, and how to make us stop.

Effective 2026-08-17

Part of one policy

This page is the valid8 schedule to the Innov8iveLabs Privacy Policy, which covers every product and sets out your rights and how to exercise them. This page adds what is specific to valid8.

Who we are

valid8 is a product of Innov8ive Labs, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company trading as Innov8iveLabs. It is the controller of the personal information described here.

If you visit this site

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless. It does not fingerprint you, does not follow you across other sites, and does not build a profile. It reports aggregates only.

Cloudflare, our host, processes standard request data such as IP address and user agent to serve pages and defend against abuse.

What we do not do

No advertising trackers. No third-party ad networks. No social pixels. No selling, renting or licensing of personal information, to anyone, ever.

Material you submit for audit

This is the section that matters most, so it is stated plainly.

To audit a campaign we receive what you send us: the campaign brief, and the clips or links to be graded against it. Those clips are usually made by third parties, so they may contain other people's faces, voices and handles.

What we do with it

We grade each clip against your brief and return a report. That is the whole purpose, and we use your material for nothing else. We do not use it to train models, we do not add it to a dataset, and we do not republish it.

Who sees it

Only Jonathan Poeder, plus the processors listed below acting on our instructions. It is never shared with other customers and never sold.

How long we keep it

Submitted clips and briefs are kept while the engagement is live and for a short period afterwards so the report can be re-checked or disputed, then deleted. Ask and we will delete sooner. Audit reports and invoices may be kept longer where accounting obligations require it.

Whose material it is

It stays yours. Submitting a clip for audit grants us no rights over it beyond performing the audit you asked for.

If you contact us

Mail reaches a mailbox hosted by Zoho. We keep correspondence so we can reply and keep an accurate record of what was agreed. Addresses carrying a tag, such as contact+valid8@i8l.tech, tell us which page you wrote from. That is routing, not profiling.

Who processes data on our behalf

  • Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery, and the cookieless analytics above.
  • Zoho: email hosting.
  • Anthropic: the AI models that perform the audit. Clips and briefs you submit are processed by these models to produce your report.

Each acts on our instructions. None is permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Posting on your behalf

Where you connect a social account so that approved content can be published for you, we store only the access token needed to post, and we use it only to publish what you have approved. Nothing is published without an explicit human approval. Disconnect the account at any time and the token is discarded.

Your rights

Ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. One email does all of these: contact+privacy@i8l.tech.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority. We have never sold personal information and have no plans to.

Children

valid8 is a business tool. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will change the effective date above and, where we hold your address and the change affects you, tell you directly.
